Terms of Service

1. The service

Treble provides licensed background music for commercial spaces: an AI-curated, scheduled music program streamed through the Treble app (Android) and the Treble player device, operated by Magnolias Interactive, LLC ("Treble", "we").

2. Accounts

You sign in with a magic link sent to your email — no passwords. You're responsible for keeping access to that email secure and for activity under your account. Business use only; you must be authorized to act for the business you register.

3. Subscription & billing

The subscription is $24.99 per month, per location, billed monthly, cancel anytime effective at the end of the current billing period. Each Treble player device requires its own subscription. When you buy your first player, its subscription includes 6 months free (one free-months credit per account); billing starts in month seven unless you cancel first. Prices exclude applicable taxes.

4. The player

The Treble player is sold, not licensed, at the listed price ($99). It requires an active subscription to play music. Hardware warranty: 12 months against defects; see the refund & shipping policy.

5. Music licensing

Your subscription includes the commercial licensing for background use of music from the Treble catalog inside your registered business location. It does not cover events with admission fees, retransmission, or use outside your registered location. See licensing.

6. Acceptable use

No reselling, retransmitting, recording, or extracting audio; no circumventing playback, territory, or trial limits; no interfering with the service.

7. Termination

You can cancel anytime in your account. We may suspend or terminate for breach of these terms or non-payment. Sections 5–9 survive termination.

8. Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

9. General
