What we collect

Contact details you give us (name, email, business website), your onboarding answers (business type, vibe, hours), account and subscription records, device pairing identifiers, and standard technical logs. Payments are processed by Stripe — your card number never touches our systems; we keep only a payment-method reference (brand, last 4).

How we use it

To build and run your music program, operate billing and shipping, and — if you opted in — send product tips, reminders, and marketing. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link; transactional email (receipts, magic links, shipping) is sent regardless.

Sharing

Only with the processors that run the service (Stripe for payments, Cloudflare for hosting, our shipping partner for device delivery). We do not sell personal data.

Retention & deletion

We keep data while your account is active and as required for tax/accounting. Email us at the address below (or write to us) to request deletion of your data; we honor verified requests within 30 days.
