Subscription

Cancel anytime from your account — your program keeps playing until the end of the paid period, and you're not billed again. We don't prorate partial months. Promotional free months have no cash value.

Player returns

Return a Treble player within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the device price. It should arrive back undamaged, with its accessories; we'll email a prepaid return label when you request the return from your account. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the device.

Warranty

Players carry a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects — we'll repair or replace, our choice, shipping on us.

Shipping

We currently ship within the United States. Orders leave the warehouse within 2 business days; you'll get tracking by email. Shipping cost and carrier are shown at checkout.
